After taking a step back to start her record label, DETAACHED, the Montreal native is bringing us on a completely new journey. Inspired by her roots and the feeling of being torn between two worlds, Aaricia is tackling both the English and French industry. Her fresh French debut single ‘Jamais deux sans toi’, released on October 13th, has been on rotation on over 30 radio stations across Canada, including SiriusXM, even maintaining the #1 spot on ChoqFm for 3 weeks. The singer presented us with an emotional joyride of versatility that was nothing shy of the English sister track “I’m Screwed”, released on November 17th. Complex Magazine has described Aaricia's voice as” ..deep, a little bit dark, and a lot soulful” but her voice in French has a different colour.
Delivered with softness, yet influencing a call to self-reflection, her second French single is a mix of pop melodies and the chill vibes of acoustic music. “Failles” releases on February 23rd.
